I'm looking for ideas... How do you guys record workouts?
I use golden cheetah. Over the past 3 years or so I've been trying to keep a 3 ring binder of daily workouts, race write ups, etc. I've been pretty terrible at it mid season and am looking for a change. I was hoping to try and move it over to electronic but I want to try and over simplify it. I figure I've been slacking from my binder method because it takes too much time and I have to drag it out each time (minor I know but...).
