I was 60 yrs old in Sep. 05 and started riding Sep. 04 (started exercise program Jan. 03 and have lost 100lbs.)
1)My bike is a Kestrel carbon fiber
2)Centrum multi vitamin
3)One year rider - my performance has been increasing to this point.
4)One year.
5)Regular 25 - 35 mile rides. Completed first 100 mile - 05 Seagull.
6) Average 2.5 times a week and my mileage for first year was 2000 miles.
7) Work out avg. of 2.5 times in gym per week to total of 4-5 workouts including biking per week.
One thing I have observed that I believe has made my results different than others is that my aerobic exercise sessions are a minimum of 1hr. and my weight loss results have been dramatic.
