I'm not sure. I did a google on your bike, and "Wellgo" pedals are most often mentioned. Is that what you have? If so, the posts I've seen indicate the pedals are installed and removed in the usual way and with a 15mm pedal wrench. None of them mention a rubber O-ring or washer between the pedal assembly and the crank arm.

I DO know that it took me awhile to learn the proper technique for removing pedals . . . which is why I suggested you take it to your LBS and watch them carefully as they remove them for you. I'm gonna guess they'll do it very quickly. Don't blink. :-)
