Deda Mistral in brown "leather" color is a close match, for cheap. The only problem is that you have to wrap very carefully to hide the logo on the tape.
Salsa makes a nice brown, and Cinelli makes a nice light brown, but they both have embossed logos that you can't hide.
You can also try yellow cloth tape + amber shellac to match a honey brown brooks. Brown + amber matches dark brown brooks.
