With the longer hood bodies of those Brake levers , consider a short Ramp Bar ..

Then the set up is bringing the reach to the levers back, and the flattish ramp-to lever line,

is more or less a continuation..


generally depends on the bar bend shape , older Trad, bends like the OP's,

I used the straight edge (yardstick) under the straight portion of the drops..
and the tip of the lever is not too far above touching the straight edge line ..
