Ahh but a free tube for you. Depending on time of year and location I sometimes chalk it up to a flustered commuter not used to changing tubes. Then they realize they are late, get it on, get it together, glance for anything, miss the tube lying on the ground as they rush away to tell their boss they were due to a flat.
The tube is for 700c, 20-23mm, my old Bianchi road bike (not in photo) has 25mm tires on it so I think I can probably put this freebie to use.
