MAl,
Go back to the Arione. Rather that setting the saddle back... move it slightly forward. I am assuming the pressure is on the IT/ sit bones versus pubic bone/perineum. If sliding the saddle forward does not work. I recommend trying a more crowned shaped saddle. Such as the Terry Men's Liberator or a Pro Logo style saddle. Another option is to consider a more dense chamois... Assos has some great chamois for folks with less junk in the trunk.
