In El Paso's University area there's a lot of officers on bikes. Downtown there's a lot more, plus the Border Patrol uses bicycles too.
I graduated from UTEP in 1990, and I don't remember that. It must be something relatively new. I lived near the campus--just behind the community college--and walked to school. Has cycling become more popular in El Paso in recent years?
