Yes, you have the 5600 if they have the shift cable running externally. You should decide what brifters you will use before investing in new brakes. You don't need to change them at the same time, but you should plan on a matching cable pull design between the two units.
I had a Dura Ace bike a few years ago.....is it my imagination or are the Dura Ace brifters smaller and sleeker? The 105s look like Ox horns on the bar
