Maybe it already exists. Inspired by our conversation I looked at MAPC's map and just noticed a "favorites" although I see it is intended for pragmatic and constructive alerts and opportunities for improvement rather than ratings of euphoria. . BTW, unlike the picture, clicking on the link loads the map slowly, first in a blur then amazing detail.
