Yeah kinda except not quite a sprint. Great workout to work both vo2max and ftp at same time. Another good race winning interval that I do is 30" sprint than 3' @ FTP followed by 10" sprint. You may only be able to do a couple to start but work your way up to 5 or 6
This one is in
Training and Racing with a Power Meter. I was supposed to do a team ride last weekend but it was cancelled, so I did these instead. The book said do five to eight. I did five. Ouch.
