Thing is, if riding during the day (which is rare since I commute in the morning and come back early evening) I sometimes can hardly see anything. At some point, near 11h30, I have one eye closed and the other half-closed urg.
Is there such a thing as a cap that goes under the helmet? and doesn't heat you up like crazy..?

Bolle Parole with RX adapter (And additional lenses wrapped in microfiber cleaning cloths in my glasses case. Which lenses are stowed depends on if it's morning or evening. Optic yellow are worn in the early morning/night and Polarized gunmetal any other time)
I wear an MTB helmet with a visor to keep the sun off with a headsweat sweat cap.
