Got a chance to see and ride a Moose bike a few weeks ago and I thought it was OK. Nothing special. Nothing stood out for me. The finish was OK. All the components seem to be generic Chinese stuff. Seen worse, seen better too. I guess that puts it around low end to maybe middle of pack max. I saw a State Bicycle Co. brand bike at a LBS and theyre probably on par in terms of ride and "feel". The Moose are $200-250 cheaper than State's though so better bang for buck there. States are grossly overpriced for what they are IMO. I'm from Canada, LBS list them at $600-650
Anyway, just thought I'd report back. Still hunting for a SS/FG
