My error - looked like a quick release lever on the side of the seat post. But still, quick release to drop the front wheel to fit in a car, or just for changing a flat w/o having to carry wrenches. Cables go around the wheels and through the frame.

I do like the idea of a clean, inexpensive bicycle for the masses, and this might be a good contender. But the marketing spin is built on a foundation of half-truths at best, and that just tweaks my waddles.
