Sorry, but we're going to have to tease you about this bike, it's low-end in every way. If EGP 850 is around $50 US, it's not a bad deal.

Edit: checking the exchange rate, that looks more like $119 USD, which would be too much for it in just about any bicycle market I can think of. If decent bikes are very hard to come by in your area, you might consider buying it if it is your size.
