That Cat 4 is still 13km from the finish. I don't think it'll be big enough to shed Greipel or Kittel if they really want to hang on. And then there's Kristoff in flying form too.

I don't think so. On the intermediate sprint of last one he clearly let Coquard play 'big boy' and get more points and easily shut him down at the finish. The problem is he seems to have a brain fart near the end when a single rider takes off and attacks him and he demures because following him will allow others to suck his wheel. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained."
