The rear shifting is great. What I was really seeking from this upgrade was relief from the long/hard push for the front shift, since I damaged my left wrist in a crash, and I've been having trouble physically shifting. The effort for the buttons is just what I was hoping for. However, the front shift from small to big ring is a little slow and I had to click the button 2ce a couple of times, so it might need a little adjustment - I'll take it back in.
I definitely hate you.
Di2 is deceiving. The shift itself may seem slower than mechanical but it's not. The motor noise will fool you.
