I sanded down a 22.2 diameter Cinelli stem to fit into the 22.1 steering tube of a beautiful chrome Peugeot fork. International cooperation at its finest! It took me about 20 minutes, I think, with 60 grit sandpaper. Remember to change the sandpaper a lot -- it gets clogged very fast, and then you're just wasting effort.
