I wonder what the future holds for 650C and other smaller wheel sizes. They're a good thing for keeping proper geometry on smaller frames, but since the tri-bike market is moving away from 650C, that wheel size may be at a dead end. Things aren't looking much better for the 24"/520mm/Terry, but they do have a Pasela in that size.

One good thing about such a small rider is that a 25mm tire won't need to be pumped as much as it would for a full-grown adult, so it can still be a comfortable ride.
