I will have 11 days to get to Santa Cruz which is a little over 800 miles from Portland. 12 if I leave on Thursday like I had planned. Unfortunately the first day would be somewhat long 80 miles or so with a bit of climbing. I could go easy on the days after that since there are a lot of places to camp once i get to the coast.
