I totally agree with this, I only have one Century under my belt which I completed last Sunday but I battled with fatigue and cramping issues around 65-70mi while training. I ended up drinking more, adding some Endurolytes to my water, and eating a bar every 1.5hrs which helped me complete it. Now I should be able to step up my usual 40-60mi rides with more power because I know there's more in the tank.
