The same mfg's also have mtn-style clipless product options, which may be preferable if you plan to do any walking when you are out on your ride away from la casa.
All have their pro's and con's; there is no best. I suggest you read as many testimonials as you can, including the ones you read here, before you make your purchasing decision. Test ride any/all if possible. Personally, I prefer Look Keo pedals on my road, fixed and track bikes.
