I almost pulled the trigger on it when he had it listed before but held off. When he relisted at the lower price I took a gamble and just bid the opening amount figuring I'd get blown out of the saddle. I definitely did NOT need another project but it was calling my name. Date code on the head badge indicates it was built July 10th of 1984. I like the idea of the Cyclone hardware but I already had the RSX group and it needed a home. It's also my dress rehearsal for an '83 Super Sport frame I'm going to restore and outfit with Ultegra components. I'd love to find one of these in mint original condition but my bike buying is done for awhile. No, really....... I mean it.
