Yup. I use them myself and I got mine from Pricepoint as well. I've had the wheelset since Dec. 2003 and haven't had an issue with them at all

Teflon coated cables running in teflon lined housing is never a bad way to go. Personally I'd suggest these they're essentially the same as the Gore Ride On cables I use on my BB7's
