Hang in there, and keep riding. if we coast, we never get better. if not already, you will soon be exceeding the last ride and cutting your time down. I remember a 3.5 mile ride down the trail, hurt all the way out and all the way back.

I did back to back 16 mile rides this weekend and felt great, but you know what, there are plenty of people who can ride further and faster than I can. Keep riding the best you can! Take a slow day and push the next.

And keep riding!
