Clipless foot pain?
This summer my right foots started hurting in between the arch and the heel. I'm a marathon runner so I thought running was causing the pain, laid off but it's not getting better. Funny thing is, it doesn't hurt when I run, only when I'm walking. I'm wondering if my clipless pedals are causing the problem? Anyone else have this? I use Shmano pedals and shoes. Pain started not long after I went to these and it's worse after a long ride. Does adjusting them make a difference? Advice appreciated.
