Adapted hand crank cycle, for a friend

Hey guys, this is my first post on this section of BF. Sorry if this get's asked a lot, I want to help a friend that doesn't have tons of money get an Adapted hand crank cycle bike. I don't know much about them, but I figure maybe only a few companies make them? Which means since they're less produced companies charge more or can ask for more money for them? He said he's looked at most of the bigger companies that make them and they're to much. A wheelchair hybrid would be awesome, he can't bend his legs a lot. I'm going to start researching now, but any advice on good prices or where to look I would appreciate a lot.
