Barnett's manual chapters 9 and 10 deals with Bottom brackets.

Sheldon Brown's website is a rich source of information about all things relating to bicycle mechanics.

Manufacturers' websites, like Shimano and Chris King may have some info for you.

Park Tool's site will tell you how to work on bottom brackets.

Check out some of the standard repair manuals too, like Bicycling Magazine's Complete Guide.

Good luck!
