It's lugged steel with a one inch threaded headset so I guess that makes it vintage per the requirements of this thread, though it's only 16 years old. Like all Reparto Corse, it was offered as a frame set only I believe. Double butted Dedacciai Zero UNO tubeset. I bought it used off eBay years ago. Components are a bit of a mish-mash, but mostly Ultegra or Dura-ace for hubs, BB, shifters, RD. Ritchey WCS compact crankset, Paul Mini-moto front brake. That Paul Mini Moto brake is a good solution. Very few Cantilever brakes are a fit with these old forks with their narrow post centers. It should also eliminate shudder.
