back in the saddle
I just recently started back on my bike again after a few years layoff due to my back. My MTB is a Trek Palomar and just two weeks ago I purchased a Giant Cypress hybrid. Currently i try to commute 1-2 times a week (9mile roundtrip) and hit the bike trails on weekends. I don't expect to use the MTB much as my back is a disaster. Today i managed to get about 20miles in for the first time in years. I have been looking at message boards for a few days now. This site really attracted me, especially the 50 Plus (I'll be there in a few months).
