I purchased a 2014 Giant Roam 0 and am very impressed by the overall package save for the suspension fork which is not intended for a 200 pound senior. I switched out the suspension fork for a Gusset Jury 465mm axle to crown Cromoly rigid fork and could not be more pleased with the result. With a head angle of 71 degrees and about 80mm of trail the bike is a tad slack but perfect for the riding I do on paved or packed fine gravel trails and city streets. I wish Giant would make a rigid fork variant of the Roam series.
