Luckily it seems that for every one less than enlightened commenter blaming Trek there's at least five others who are quick to point out that this is an issue of operator error and nothing more.

Is anyone here getting their Treks "fixed"? I'm not sure what I'd use my $20 towards, Bontrager stuff is kind of expensive...
