call them up and calmly explain the situation. Ask them if there's any way they might be able to help you get back on your feet(?) again sometime soon being that you love their product but just don't have the cash to replace it at this time. From what I've heard they're a great company and a precision machine shop. Places like that often stand behind their work above and beyond what most other places do.

Its worth a try at least. good luck with that.
