I will be there but in a hotel. It is usually too hot to sleep outdoors. You might want to check the indoor camping places listed on the HH100 website. The area around the MPEC building is way too noisy for me but you might be okay with earplugs. Parking shouldn't be a problem if you are patient and wait for the Expo to close and the racing to end. Packet pickup is pretty painless. It looks like it isn't going to be super hot but still drink plenty and be at the starting area for your ride length by 6:30 or earlier.
The first year I went my riding buddy and I camped out at Arrowhead State Park. It was hot and we ended up sleeping on picnic benches not in the tent. Vowed to not do that again.
