Thabks for the tips! I have a Kryptonite series 2 krypto lock and it does the same thing. The key gets stuck because the stupid disks are rotated and it won't lock nor unlock (depending on which I want it to do). Honestly it takes like 15 minutes to finally get it, but if you rotate those things just push the key all the way in and wait for the last click. Otherwise, do as I am going to do and return the POS for something else. I hate this bike lock...
