I cracked mine a while ago going over a little bump in the road. I weigh 157. I emailed ProNet, which is the US distributor of Selle Italia. They were highly gracious and offered to replace the saddle with a 24 hour turn around time.
I sent the saddle in with a letter explaining my situation. Sent it on a Tuesday, got a new saddle back on Thursday. They also offer to repair the saddle and such depending on your situation and damage to the saddle.
