I'm not really sure if your implication is that I should know this stuff. I simply don't, and don't get any emails from USAC. I don't care enough to explore why I don't get them. I don't even care about this topic beyond this conversation, but generally would rather not give more money to usac. I care ponderously little about doping, other than to mock those who get caught.
