you've got to get that 'total lifestyle' adjustment. why did you workout in the first place? it can be for purely selfish vain reasons...for stress control...to get out of the house...to not be as big as a house....

go back the what first drew you to workout. and if it wasn't for yourself then get selfish...now!! round out that overall healthful feeling. continue chasing that elusive mental + physical match ... and rock on.

this must be the thread for 38 y.o.'s with recent shoulder separations. ME TOO.
