Gas mileage figures are not posted on Hummer window stickers because the car weighs so much it is exempt from mileage-reporting requirements. It outweighs the Tahoe by almost 3000 pounds and requires the 6L Vortec 6000 V8 as opposed to the Tahoe with its 4800 (2wd) or 5300 (4wd) Vortec engine.
While the diesel Hummers mileage matches the Tahoe 4wd, the gas Hummers mileage is dramatically worse.
I have no idea where you get your figures, but the H2 is listed at 13/16 mpg epa.
