The Devibiss Starting Line is a good unit. It's low capacity tank, compact size and range of adjustment should make it ideal for bike frames. A friend of mine has one and uses it for motorcycle frames and I have used it to spray the epoxy finish that I use for firearms. I think they are between $75-$100, even though low in their line you still get the Devibiss quality.
