Yeah, that's a problem for people who live in hilly, windless areas.

For me, the exercise bike or trainer is too easy. I hardly feel like I'm working even though I ride at the same cadence as when I'm outside, and even when I have the tension level fairly high.

But then for me, I spent 13 years riding in Manitoba where you don't coast because it is completely and utterly flat, and 95% of the time you're riding into some kind of wind.

When I moved here to Alberta earlier this year, one of the most exciting discoveries I made was that I could spend about half my ride coasting!!
