you can also use a easy out, or a screw extractor, Sears sells them both and they work well enough... I think the Sears screw extractors may work better, With an easy out you have to drill into the screw, preferably in the centre, then twist the easy out in, counter clockwise, it has reversed taperd threads, theese will bind in the hole you drilled, and hopefully back the screw out!
