Why? We already have laws regarding the safe operation of a motor vehicle. If the driver is impaired while operating the vehicle, he is breaking the law. We do not need yet more laws governing us. Why stop there? Why not ban radios, conversations with passengers, eating, and drinking? I use my cell phone while driving and others need to as well for their jobs.
I will not give up my cell phone nor will the millions of other motorists.
