Certainly I can. At 6:30 in the morning I don't mind a little bit of road riding but I have ridden White Oak Drive at rush hour before and found it to be a bit unsettling. I am interested in this section being complete because it would put me in less contact with vehicles. Riding White Oak would put me into contact with a greater number.
