Lisbon to Sintra by bicycle?
Does anybody know of safe road routes from central Lisbon to Sintra? Looking at routes people have done on Strava, I can see that it's possible, but there are some postings I've seen (e.g., on TripAdvisor) saying that the roads are dangerous.
Just based on miles, it looks like a nice day trip there and back, but I don't want to be on roads with poor shoulders and lots of traffic.
I'd be renting a bicycle in central Lisbon (bikeiberia, I think?) Are there other options) in the next week - probably just before Christmas
