Can't see the video, but no, not around here. There are the 18-year olds who just got their licence and can't resist looking down on their peers who still have to go by bike or moped. But it generally ends up with him driving everybody around to bars and parties where he can't drink and the others can, and his mood becomes much less triumphant.

Some young motorists think it's fun to hit a deep puddle when there are cyclists next to it, but that's not anti-cyclist, that's just general misbehaviour. It's also quite risky, you might encounter the same cyclists at the next traffic light or they might have memorized the licence plate. Most motorists here know that their sense of safety is false and their car is actually much more vulnerable than a bike.
