If some of you are not familiar with Pensacola – it’s on the panhandle and has more in common with South Georgia than, say, Miami.
From the newspaper article:
“Deputies reported that Springman was intoxicated.
He was carrying a bottle of Evan Williams whiskey in the basket of his bicycle.” (emphasis added)
