& +1 on resizing images, I can't figure it out either.
It's easy: If you are on a Windows machine, you have a program called Microsoft Paint. Right click on the image, click on "open with", select "Paint", and the image will open.

Up on the toolbar, there is an option called "Resize". Click on that, and it will come up with a couple boxes that say 100%. You can either resize by percentage, or you can select the other option (pixels), and type in either the height or width, and it will fill in the other if you select "maintain aspect ratio".

Then click on File, and Save As, and you have a resized image. Hope this helps.
