New wheels or frame???
My bike will be sold soon and I am debating whether I should purchase a new frame set or wheels. I do already have a main race bike (2014 felt F1 with 105).
I have the ability to get two 3t wheelsets (40&60mm) or a Ridley Noah fast frame set. I can get these at approximately the same price. Which one should I get for mainly crit racing?
