The salsa alternator drop-outs and rack use a larger than standard bolt. A 6mm instead of 5mm I believe. Therefore, it might not work well with all racks. If the rack has a simple strut that can be drilled out, you should be ok. But I'm thinking some of the Tubus racks won't work at all with a bigger bolt.

Also the rack will sit higher than normal, since the mounting bolt is slightly higher than a typical rack mounting bolt position.
